I started a 20 session rehab program with Two Care after being diagnosed with Osteoarthritis last Apr and there is no turning back.
On my 1st visit , I was limping with pain on my Left median muscle . It was so painful that I had full wheelchair services returning home frm Melbourne airport , transiting in Changi airport and back to KLIA.
I had no prior info about Two Care. I just googled for a centre that has both Chiropractic (for my ongoing slipped discs condition) and Physiotherapy. It has to be near home and with ample parking close to the centre. Reviews then weren't many but they were mostly positive.
On my 1st visit, the attending Chiropracter, Dr Mitchell was very assuring and positive. She was very confident that her team is able help relief my pain and slow down the OA degeneration. Most importantly I had requested that I must be able return back to my bird watching lifestyle of an average of 8 - 12 hrs in the field.
All the modern sports therapy, unknown to me before(DolorClast Shockwave Therapy, High Intensity Laser Theraphy , Electro theraphy and Manual Therapy including Dry Needling) were administered on the knee and Chiropractic treatment for latent sores on my back and spine, with lots of take home exercises. I promised to be deligent and work as a team with Xun Ke & Dr Casper, my physiotherapists and Dr Mitchell, Dr Sia & Dr Ling my chiropractors.
Within 4 months, I was birding again over short periods. By Nov, I made an overseas trip without wheelchair assistance. That was the immediate testimony to how good Two Care is in meeting my expectations. What I like most is that I do not need to take any medications to manage my inflammation and pain.
Now a year after and still on the rehab program, I am able to birdwatch for more than 8 hrs in the field with no adverse inflammation nor pain.
Grateful that I found the perfect team to meet my needs. The healing journey has been simply awesome with lots of encouragement, great medical skills and a very caring team. They fix me up on non OA related issues too, like my 2 year old sprained ankle and a misplaced diaphragm.😂 Gracias!

I came in for a persistent lower back issue, and the treatment was very effective. After a few sessions, I noticed improved mobility, reduced pain, and much less stiffness in my daily activities.
Kudos to Dr. Ling and Dr. Casper for their professionalism, skill, and genuine care throughout the treatment process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during every session. Highly recommended! 😊

Highly recommend! Very effective treatment — not just chiropractic adjustment, but also muscle release to help the body relax properly. The dry needling was very precise and really helped with my muscle tension. Professional and skilled team!

Went here for a very bad back pain, and it has been such a good experience. Started with a consultation with Dr. Michelle, she examined everything thoroughly and then referred me to my physiotherapist, Min Yi.
Been with her since the beginning and she has been amazing, very friendly, explains things clearly, and really takes the time to understand my condition. As someone who had scoliosis surgery before, I really appreciate that she modifies the exercises to suit me. She’s also very understanding about my budget, which I truly appreciate.
Now my pain is almost completely gone, and we’re focusing on strengthening instead. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a professional, caring, and understanding team!

Very good and knowledgeable physiotherapist and chiropractor. Been coming for treatments over two years since they opened. Will continue to visit when i have body aches. their prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend it to people who are looking for a good chiropractic centre.

The staff was friendly, professional and made sure I understood everything about my treatment. After just a few sessions, I noticed significant improvement in my mobility (shoulder, wrist and ankle - injuries that hunted me for years) and pain levels.

I was recommended by a friend to this physio centre few months ago after suffering from constant back ache disturbing my sleep and have been a regular customer ever since. They are very professional and very understanding towards my condition. Greatest point being they do not hard sell as every treatment offered seem to be tailored to my condition and showed a tremendous improvement to my quality of life. My backache is almost gone now but this is the physio rehab centre that i will always go/ recommend if anyone asks!

I recently visited Two Care Chiropractic Center in Bukit Jalil, and I’m genuinely impressed with their care and service. The physiotherapists and chiropractors are highly skilled, and their expertise truly shows. After struggling with persistent migraines, I finally found relief thanks to their healing hands.
